Why should I use a digital brain in Notion?
The PARA method, developed by Tiago Fortes, is an organizational system designed to help individuals effectively manage their knowledge and ideas. It organizes information into four distinct categories:
- Projects, which are the workstreams that need to be advanced.
- Areas, which are the topics that require attention.
- Resources, which include URLs, documents, and information relevant to projects.
- Archives (tasks), which are the smaller parts of projects that need to be completed.
Benefits of the Template
This system allows individuals to create a more organized and efficient digital brain. It simplifies the access and storage of information and facilitates sharing and collaboration with others.
Notion allows us to convert this framework into databases, dashboards, and actionable items. This makes it easier to navigate from a high-level overview, ideal for planning and future-thinking, to the smallest details to ensure results are achieved.
